there is something so magical about doing your wedding portraits in boston's iconic boston public garden.
while there may be bustling crowds of tourists in the summer, it's easy to forget the crowds when you're staring at the love of your life!

t+z opted to do a first look before they began their wedding celebrations. the first look was the perfect way to calm the nerves before the day began and to soak in the moment before all the beautiful chaos.

we proceeded to meander around the garden in the hot summer sun. despite the heat, we managed just finE to get those romantic, true to color wedding photos.

with a little help for posture and posing, we created some cinematic wedding photos that t+z will have forever to commemorate this day.

after the wedding portraits, we wandered on over to seaport. one of the best steak houses in the city, mooo, was the primary location for their wedding venue. mooo was the perfect place for delicious cocktails and the finest of filet mignons.

instead of doing the dancing and the dj, t+z wanted something that was a bit more attuned to their speed and style; an intimate dinner that could hold 70 guests for a seated dinner, with their closest family members and friends gathered together for a short and sweet ceremony and an evening of drinks and laughter.

t+z knew that i would be able to handle their very dark venue space as it sits on the lower level of the restaurant. below the first level, their ceremony and reception was located in mooo's library. with dark walls and exposed beams, the library space was intimate and romantic. not all photographers will be able to handle such a dark space, but luckily for me, the darker the better!

so here's your sign to book the restaurant for your wedding reception and venue. if you're not a fan of dancing or doing the traditional route of weddings, a restaurant dinner with your closest friends and family seems like the perfect compromise.
